Elders from Neyaashiinagmiing - Cape Croker First Nation will offer a ceremony with traditional teaching about the Full Moon Ceremony

WHEN: Saturday August 24, 4pm

WHERE: On the banks of the Beaver River, at the home of Louise Sheridan 788113 Grey Road 13 (just north of Slabtown Road)

ACCESSIBILITY: The site is about 200m from the house. It is accessible by car or by foot. Louise also has a golf cart for those who might find it difficult to walk.

WHO: All are welcome. This ceremony and teachings will be opened up to men and women.

a tobacco offering
a 1 m piece of yellow cloth to burn
optional: a chair, blanket or pillow to sit on during the ceremony

Women, please wear an ankle-length skirt (a skirt pulled over slacks is acceptable, but no slit please).

We will share in a feast following the ceremony. All who wish may bring food to contribute to the feast.
